Artist Cassandra Jones visited during colloquium tonight. She has an innovative and different outlook on digital art. She used methods such as single frame animations and techniques with patterns on photoshop. My favorite piece of hers was the lighting drawn squirrel (a rural animal in a urban setting).
This was a really amazing presentation she gave. I thought her stuff was awesome. My favorite was the cheerleader/flamingo wallpaper. The things that she did with color and pattern were just so cool.
